SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is very simple. If you are not happy with a purchase that you made with Live Bare, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days from the order date. Please see rules and return process below.

  1. Live Bare (Live Bare) offers a thirty (30) Day Return Policy for any commissionable products, limited to one opened bottle per purchased for the first time.
  2. Live Bare reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.
  3. Packages returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) will be charged an additional administrative processing fee of $20 per order, and may be delayed in the refund or replacement process.
  4. Customers may be subject to additional shipping charges for any package that was undeliverable and returned to Live Bare. Reasons for packages being unable to be delivered include, but are not limited to:

    • Apartment # required for delivery
    • Consignee requested package to be returned to shipper
    • Correct consignee name required for delivery
    • Customer unavailable to Sign
    • Incomplete address
    • Incorrect street # provided
    • Multiple errors in address -unable to resolve
    • Package not picked up by receiver at the shipping facility
    • PO Box delivery unavailable
    • Receiver cancelled order
    • Receiver did not want
    • Receiver has moved
    • Undeliverable-address requires security clearance

Procedure for all Returns

  1. Submit a refund request by emailing barelivingoils@gmail.com and include the following information:
    • Order ID/Number
    • Service Requested (Refund, Exchange, or Replacement)
    • Detailed Reason of the Service Requested
  2. Upon receipt of the request and approval of the Service Requested, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) will be emailed back to the requester.
  3. The RMA # is required on all returns and must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
  4. The product(s) to be returned must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
  5. After Live Bare receives the returned merchandise, Live Bare will refund the order within ten (10) business days.
  6. Return the product with the original order confirmation or packing slip to Live Bare.
  7. Products shipped must be packaged in a manner that prevents damage to the product in transit.
  8. We recommend the sender to insure and track all returns, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround

Orders placed with Live Bare will be shipped SAME DAY, if the order is placed on a weekday, before 4pm Pacific Time. Orders will also ship same day if placed before 11am Pacific Time on Saturdays. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following business day. The exceptions to this are postal holidays, and special circumstances, which we will notify through our social media or email outlets. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this same day/one business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs/importation laws before ordering from Live Bare! We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law. In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

Order Tracking If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Note: On international orders, not all shipping methods will continue to track once they leave the US. See International Shipping above for more details. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown the cost of shipping, at which point you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order.
